The Return process – Online Return/Exchange—You can return or exchange an item online at THECMCOLLECTIVE.COM by following the below steps.
1. Log in to the ‘My Account’ section at THECMCOLLECTIVE.COM
2. Select the product that needs to be returned/exchanged
3. Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process.

Need to return – Few points to remember
1. Returns/exchange request need to be within 7 days of the delivery of product
2. Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds
3. All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
5. In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snapshot at contact@cmcollective.net.
6. If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
7. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
8. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
9. In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to THECMCOLLECTIVE.COM

10. In this case, for India an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
Please note that each item is personally inspected by a member of the THECMCOLLECTIVE.COM team for quality control before it is packaged and sent out for delivery, thus ensuring that your item is in perfect condition when sent to you.
Please note that although we have taken all possible steps to ensure that the product images are representative of the product as best as possible, colours may vary according to settings on your screen and therefore can only be an approximation of the actual product.
ALL FABRIC/TRIMS & MOTIFS/ MADE TO ORDER OR CUSTOM MADE GOODS unfortunately cannot be RETURNED OR EXCHANGED as they are cut or made to your individual specifications.
On the occasion where a refund is accepted, the returned item/s must be sent back to us at your cost and will not be refunded until the item/s are returned to us, complete with any free gift, and have passed quality control. On this occasion, we shall provide you with a full refund of the price MINUS delivery charges within 14 days.
