In the unlikely event that an order placed by the customer is unavailable or damaged, we reserve the right to give the customer a full refund. In this situation, the customer will be notified by e-mail/phone call.
All our product prices are inclusive of VAT/GST.
We reserve the right to refuse or cut a minimum quantity of any printed item from our website at any time during a transaction.
We reserve the right to refuse an order if we suspect any fraudulent activity.
Once you submit your Order, STYLIZE COUTURE INDIA PVT LTD will usually then send you a confirmation email to acknowledge that your Order has been received (“Confirmation”). Please note that the Confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the Order, and no contract for the sale of merchandise under the Order shall come into effect until you are notified by email that we have dispatched the Merchandise to you. At this point a contract (“Contract”) is formed and, depending on your payment method, your payment will be processed in accordance with these Terms of Sale using the payment details you have given to take payment for your Order. You will receive a further email from STYLIZE COUTURE INDIA PVT LTD. confirming despatch of the Product(s) to the shipping address you have requested.
If there are any problems with your Order (for example, we don’t have the products you wanted in stock, we can only fulfill part of your Order, or we find the price has changed), you will be contacted by a representative from the CMCOLLECTIVE.NET Website Customer Services.
Payment is taken by our national and international payment gateways We partnered with reputed international courier services, so your orders placed to CMCOLLECTIVE.NET are shipped to over 100 destinations worldwide.
You may pay by debit card, credit card or another alternative payment method specified as part of the checkout process.
Our Payment Gateways may change the payment methods at any time but this will not affect any existing Order. The availability of a certain payment method may depend on your geographical location.
If you place an order on the Website, then you acknowledge and agree that:
(i) Payment Gateway will charge you through the payment method you have selected for your Order and such other amounts that may accrue in connection with the Order;
(ii) that you will provide valid and current information for (a) yourself and (b) if applicable, another person, but only if you have first obtained their express consent to do so;

(iv) if your payment is not received by the Payment Gateway for any reason from your card issuer, you agree to promptly pay all amounts due upon request and using the method that Global-e reasonably prescribes; and
(v) you may be charged bank or credit/debit card issuer with additional fees (such as foreign transaction fee or cross border fee) or surcharges imposed by your bank or credit/debit card issuer.
The price of Products is calculated according to the rate of exchange between the base currency on the Website and the local currency of the destination country at the time you place your Order.
The Payment Gateway reserves the right to update such exchange rates regularly at its sole discretion, and you acknowledge that such updates may affect product pricing on the Website. You will be charged according to the applicable exchange rate at the time you place your order via the Website.
You are liable to pay all customs, duties or any other taxes applicable in your country. If you elect not to pre-pay taxes and duties, or fail to pay taxes and duties, or refuse to accept products not in accordance with a due cancellation procedure under these Terms of Sale, in each case resulting in the products being returned or needing to be returned to us, then you may be liable for the return delivery costs and may not be reimbursed or refunded for delivery costs paid by you for making the delivery to you. We may also charge you with additional direct or indirect charges resulting from said failure or refusal. We may, if it is in accordance with these Terms, reimburse and refund you for the cost of the products, but not the import charges which may or may not be reimbursable by the relevant authority.

We will arrange for delivery of the products and aim to deliver your order by the timing for your selected delivery method. Delivery & shipping rates are subject to change at any time. We strive to reach dispatch deadlines as quoted on our Delivery Information page. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot take responsibility for a delay in shipment. This responsibility falls on the selected courier which will be made known to you in the Confirmation of Dispatch e-mail.
Please note, orders placed after 11am on Fridays may not be dispatched the following Monday. No orders will be dispatched on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.
Ownership of the Product(s) you order shall pass in accordance with these Terms of Sale, in the India (where the contract for the sale of Product is concluded). The ownership of the Products ordered will pass to you the moment CMCOLLECTIVE.NET has dispatched the Products to you (provided that you have made full payment of the Order price plus delivery charges and any other charges payable under these Terms of Sale, as applicable).
There will be the use of cookies on our website. These are pieces of information that are transferred automatically from a website to a user’s computer for record keeping purposes. These devices enable us to collect valuable marketing information which in turn allow us to monitor which parts of our website are most popular. It is not possible to return or exchange fabrics or trimmings and custom /made to order goods that have been ordered and cut to your specification. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you believe your item is damaged, please contact customer service on our help portal here or email us at contact@cmcollective.net.
All non-fabric/trimming goods may be returned for refund within 7 days of receipt if in perfect re-saleable condition. On the occasion where a refund is accepted, the returned item/s must be sent back to us at your cost & will not be refunded until the item/s are returned to us, complete with any free gift, and have passed quality control.
Any refunds owed to you under these Terms of Sale shall be processed by CMCOLLECTIVE.NET and shall be paid to you using the same method used to pay and within 07 days of the earlier of the date that we receive the relevant products back from you.
Unfortunately, as all fabrics & trimmings are cut to your individual specification, they cannot be returned (exceptions apply). Please see our Returns Policy for further information.
